You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs vary per package, the rates can be found below. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@voltero.eu. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

As soon as we receive the order, it will be tested in our warehouse. We aim to process returns within 14 days.

While we strive to ensure that each order is fully functional and complete, there may be times when a product has issues. Please contact customer service as soon as possible after receiving the item. We will then deliver the desired product as soon as possible.

Costs in case of cancellation
If the consumer uses his right of withdrawal, he only has to bear the costs of the return shipment. The costs for returns can be found below:
