Shipping information
We process and deliver your order as soon as possible! Stock items that you order from till 17:00 hours are almost always processed the same day (with the exception of Sundays and public holidays) and handed over to our carriers. You will also be kept informed of the shipping process.

Choose a preferred day
It is possible to determine a preferred day of delivery during checkout. You choose a time when it suits you to receive the package. When you order from us you will receive the Track & Trace information in advance. This allows you to keep an eye on the day and time of delivery. When products are ordered that weigh more than 100 kg, you will also be called in advance by the carrier to determine a delivery day. You will then know exactly when your order will be delivered so that you can receive it. We do everything we can to make sure that it's 'ordered today, delivered tomorrow'. When our carriers are very busy it can delay the delivery. We transport with PostNL, UPS, DB Schenker Logistics and own courier. Depending on the type of order, we choose the best possible carrier.

Special transport

We have several products in our range that fall under special transport. These are often products that weigh more than 100 kg or products that cannot be transported with traditional parcel carriers, such as PostNL or UPS. These products cannot be shipped with the usual parcel carriers. Please keep in mind that your order may take 1 day longer to arrive, as it will be sent with special transport. After all, you want to receive your order in new condition and in good condition!

Pick up at PostNL or UPS Collection Point

Don't feel like waiting for the delivery person? Are you not at home all day or would you rather pick up your order yourself when it suits you? This is possible at a PostNL or UPS collection point. There is always one near you.
How does that work?

  • During checkout, choose the shipping method 'Pick up at a service point'.
  • Then press the button 'Select a service point'.
  • Choose a service point according to your wishes.
  • After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation stating the PostNL or UPS Collection Point that you have selected. Here your package is ready to be picked up, usually within 3 - 7 days. You will of course be kept informed of the status of your order by e-mail. The PostNL and UPS Collection Point will hold on to your packages for 1 week.
  • Please note that only you can pick up your order. Therefore, always take a valid ID with you.

It is possible to pick up your order in our warehouse in Eindhoven. You can choose pick-up as a delivery option when checking out. Before showing up in our warehouse, you must make an appointment with us. The appointment can be made via e-mail.
