Q4: Does it design with a power-saving function?
A: Yes, For AC output, when the output is less than 3W, it will shut down automatically after 8 hours.
For DC output, when the output is less than 50mAh, it will shut down automatically after 4 hours.
For USB output, when the output is less than 30mAh, it will shut down automatically after 3 minutes.
Q5: How long does it take to fully charge this power station?
A: The charging method using USB-C plus wall plug can be charged from 0 to 80% in 3.5 hours at the fastest.
Q6: Why does the battery lose power when not in use?
A: The unit may be in standby mode where the power supply, screen, and/or inverter could be using up to 50W. Remember to long-press the power button to turn the unit completely off. If the unit loses power when completely off, try recharging it to 100% and use it to 0% two or three times to calibrate the battery.
